§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data and provider identification

In the following, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using this website. Personal data is all data that can be related to you personally, e.g., name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

The responsible party pursuant to Art. 4 (7) EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Dcada Vertriebs GmbH, Leiserweg 19, 21079 Hamburg, Germany (see our imprint).

If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes listed below. In doing so, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage duration.

 

§ 2 Rights, in particular to disclosure and repeal

You have the following rights towards us regarding personal data concerning you:

  • Right to correction or deletion
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to repeal processing,
  • Right to data transferability

All requests for information, requests for disclosure or repeals to data processing should be sent by e-mail to info (at) dcada.co or to the address mentioned in § 1 section 2.

You can request us to delete your data at any time. There may be legal retention periods that allow us to keep your data until the expiry of the period.

If your data is incorrect, you have the right to ask for correction. We will comply with this request immediately.

You have the right to obtain from us your personal data provided to us in a readable format, as far as technically possible, in order to make them available to another company (right to data transferability).

You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority that is responsible.

 

§ 3 Data security

We maintain current technical measures to ensure data security, in particular to protect your personal data from risks during data transmissions and from third parties gaining knowledge. These are adapted to the current state of the art.

 

§ 4 Collection of personal data in case of informative use and contacting

In the case of merely informative use of the website, that is if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR):

When you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form, your e-mail address, name and, if you so indicate, your telephone number will be stored by us. The purpose of this storage is only to contact you to answer your questions.

In addition to the previously mentioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. § 6 Data transfer for the maintenance of the website

Our IT service providers have access to our stored data in order to correct errors and enable us to implement the required technical organizational measures. Here, we refer to our legitimate interest in securing our IT according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR or to the fulfillment of legal obligations according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

The IT service provider(s) have been carefully selected by us and commissioned in writing. They are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored by us. The service providers will not disclose this data to third parties.

Your data will not be passed on outside the EU (EEA).

 

§ 7 Web tracking – Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site (see § 5). The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. § 8 Integration of Google Maps

On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps directly in the website and enables you to use the map function comfortably.
